IT Practice have joined a very interesting and successful IT-Company – Asseco  Capital Group. The Asseco Capital Group is an international federation of profitable companies producing and providing IT solutions. Asseco Poland SA, the largest Polish IT company, is the leader of the business development in the Asseco Capital Group. In terms of capitalization, Asseco is one of the ten largest listed IT companies in Europe.
 
As a part of the partnership IT Practice have sold the majority of the shares to Asseco Capital Group.
 
The partnership holds a lot opportunities for our company and our clients – Asseco is represented in more than 15 European countries and has a product portfolio that compliments IT Practice very well.
 
Scandinavian  expansion
 
IT Practice is the first company in Asseco Northern Europe and the strategy is to establish more partnerships with Scandinavian IT companies. Asseco's strategy and success is based on a model of full autonomy for the individual companies in the Group – a federation model. IT Practice continues our business model and strategy and continue the way we do business and how we deliver. Furthermore we now have the ability to offer the Danish market software solutions which have proven their value with customers such as Nykredit in Poland, Deutsche Bank, Rabobank, Deutsche Telecom, Unilever, Volkswagen and more..
